Recovery is an important topic in sport, because only those who recover properly can train properly.

How to use the #PhantomTrainingMask on your recovery training day:

Train for 35 minutes on an ergometer, e.g. rowing machine, bike erg., treadmill or cross trainer, with the Phantom training mask and choose the right level.

The right level is the one at which you start to sweat, your breathing is well challenged, but your legs and the rest of your body just have to work loosely.

You can round off this workout with stretching exercises to complete your recovery training day optimally. 💪🏽
