ACTIVE RECOVERY - WITH THE PHANTOM TRAINING MASK
Recovery is an important topic in sports, because only those who recover properly can train properly.
How to use the #PhantomTrainingMask on your recovery training day:
Train for 35 minutes on an ergometer, e.g. rowing machine, bike erg., treadmill or cross trainer, with the Phantom training mask and choose the right level.
The right level is the one where you start sweating, your breathing is good, but your legs and the rest of your body just have to work loosely.
You can round off this workout with stretching exercises and thus optimally end your recovery training day. 💪🏽
