3 x max pull ups with 2 minutes rest between each set

3 x max push ups with 2 minutes rest between each set (deficit push ups if 20+ each time)

 

8' AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

12 burpees
12 sit ups
...repeat until 12 minutes are over.

4min break

4' AMRAP (as many reps as possible)

6 burpees
6 sit ups
