3 rounds for time:

- 5 bar muscle ups
- 20 box jumps
- 3 Bear complex

Scaling: If you can't do bar muscle ups yet, replace this exercise with 10 pull ups.

1 bear complex = 1 squat clean + push press + back squat + push press
