Until failure:
- 5 burpees
- 15" unbroken wallsit
- 5 burpees
- 20" unbroken wallsit
... add 5" to the wallsit every round

In this workout, your legs will be tested for strength endurance and you for your willpower! The number of repetitions of the burpees always remains the same, but the wallsit always increases by 5 seconds. It will quickly become attractive to take your time with the burpees, but that's where the test begins: keep the tempo of the burpees constant and the changeover times between the two exercises short. The workout ends as soon as the wallsit can no longer be held continuously. That's why it's important to focus on calm breathing so you don't have to fight a high heart rate during the demanding seconds of the Wallsit.
