- 19 wallball shots (9kg to 10 feet/6kg to 9 feet target)

Tip:

1; Set the damper on the rowing machine to a moderate level and row with a constant number of strokes to maintain a good pace.

2; Set up the foot straps so that you can get in and out without any problems. As you step out, push the buckles down, your feet forward, and your heels up. This means getting out is quick and easy.

3; Choose a wallball strategy and stick to it. Break up the set from the beginning to ensure you have enough strength later in the workout.
