Returning items is easy:

  • Download our return form here and fill it out:



  • Print out the returns form and place it with the items you wish to return in appropriate packaging, such as the box that you received your order in, and seal it securely.
    (Please ensure that any items you are returning are unused, complete and in a resalable condition, (The exception to this is the Phantom training mask, which you can also return after proper use).)

  • If you want to exchange an item for a different color or size, order it at www. phantom new. You will be refunded for the returned item.

  • Bring the return to the post office of your choice and choose a shipping method that is convenient for you. Please send the return to the following address:

  • We will refund the return value within 30 days of receipt of the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used to pay for your order.


  • You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day the order is delivered.

  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange products. All returns are automatically refunded. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or size, order it at www. phantom and send back the old one. You will be refunded for the returned item.

  • The refund will take place in the same way as the original payment was made. Example: If you paid for your order with PayPal, we will refund the purchase price to your PayPal account.

  • bonded returns (Postage paid by recipient) will not be accepted by us under any circumstances.

  • At international Returns from third countries (e.g. Switzerland) without a return form, there may be costs due to customs clearance. These costs will be passed on to the customer or acceptance of such returns can be refused. Please make sure that your return is accompanied by a return form and that your return is clearly declared as a return at your acceptance point.
