Phantom Athletics is one leading brand for martial arts and fitness equipment from Salzburg. Our founders, Dominique and Nicolas Wenger, were active martial artists themselves and founded the brand in 2010 Phantom MMA founded in Salzburg, Austria. For the love of sport, products were created by athletes for athletes. Today we sell to over 100 countries worldwide.
Thanks to excellent quality and the cooperation with Willy Steinky von Groundandpound.de, Germany's largest martial arts portal, the brand was accepted directly in the German-speaking martial arts scene. From the beginning there was cooperation with (martial arts) athletes and events, such as GMC or Respect FC in focus.
In 2012 the brand was rebranded to Phantom Athletics to mma other sports such as Boxing, Muay Thai and BJJ to use. "Athletics" has since served as an umbrella term for performance-oriented (combat) sports.
The Phantom Athletics logo was designed in 2012 and remains in use to this day in the same form. The meaning of the two variants:
One of the most significant developments in our history was that patented Phantom training mask, which we developed in 2015 and presented at the ISPO in Munich in 2016.
This unique mask strengthens the respiratory muscles and improves the fitness of athletes. It enables you to increase your endurance and performance and to exceed your limits.
In the following year, the Phantom training mask was able to directly replace the well-known ISPO Award as the most innovative fitness device 2017/18 win and have since attracted a lot of interest from the media and countless sports:
In 2020 we participated in the 8th season of the TV investor show "2 Minutes 2 Million" participated and five investors were interested in us. This experience has helped us continue to raise awareness of Phantom Athletics and expand our offering:

In the same year we decided to dedicate ourselves more to martial arts and since then we have developed countless new products in this area, such as boxing gloves, protective equipment and much more.
